Some may call it surgery, I call it art. Dr. Passaretti transformed my nose into a natural, straight, humpless facial feature. In addition to rhinoplasty I also underwent neck liposuction, both surgeries were done at the same time and the recovery for both were near painless- aside from Tylenol, no pain medications were used. The method for rhinoplasty that Dr. Passaretti uses allows for a speedy recovery, almost no bruising, and minimal pain all while obtaining incredible results.
The first week I took it easy & rested, by the end of the second week, I felt back to normal and ready to show off my new look! The staff at the office were phenomenal and they are easily accessible to ask questions and reach out to. Huge shoutout to all those that were a part of this journey! Thank you Dr. Passaretti for giving me the confidence I needed!

From the moment I met Dr Passeretti I knew he was the plastic surgeon for me. The moment you walk into the State of the Art Aesthetic Center you realize you are surrounded by a skilled and competent team of professionals. My surgery was laid out and followed just as was explained to me. After the surgery Dr P's team called and made sure you were recovering as planned.
I couldn't be more happy with my Rhinoplasty results. Dr Passeretti truly had hands from God. I have NO problem referring anyone I know with full confidence to him. Just had my follow up appointment and also met Cassandra, his APRN for Botox and facial filler. She was amazing in describing non-invasive facial treatments. Can't wait to go back!

Dr. Passaretti is hands down the best plastic surgeon in CT. The experience I had with him and the entire staff, start to finish, was beyond exceptional. It's a hard decision picking a surgeon and trusting them with your face, but with Dr. Passaretti it was a no brainer. His knowledge, skill and bedside manner are unmatched. You are immediately put at ease the moment you have your first consultation with him. I am so happy with the whole process and my results. Dr. Passaretti is a compassionate man who understands your feelings about confidence and achieving the look you want. If he knows that the achievable result would not be favorable he will stop at nothing to make his client happy with his state of the art equipment and his incredible surgical skills and knowledge. I had a revision rhinoplasty from another unfortunate injury. He did exactly what I communicated with him to do and what was doable yet created a wonderful result, without risking anything from previous surgeries from another surgeon.
I took the travel time from Massachusetts as I know he is the best in the business, an artist. He has a wonderful compassionate personality and wants his patients at ease. Not only is his work impeccable. But he has a kind and compassionate demeanor the makings of an all around wonderful surgeon. These surgeons are very busy and deal with a lot of. Yet he maintains such professionalism and compassion. I needed an altercation due to another injury . The doctor and his staff were amazingly professional and kind. I felt so at ease. I never felt so comfortable in my whole life with a surgeon. He is the man. He is just so skilled, again, an artist.. my surgery was done again due to an accident not by choice. A true accidental accident by someone a freak occurrence.. They felt horrible but I was in the best of hands with Dr. Passaretti.

I had a rhinoplasty and a unilateral otoplasty done with Dr. Passaretti back in November and to be honest I was super nervous as it was the first time I had done plastic surgery and I didn't know how it was going to come out. I had originally planned to go overseas for the surgery but I canceled my plans once I went in for a consultation.
I loved my experience and this office so much that I scheduled my procedure the same day! Dr. Passaretti was very assuring and confident in giving me results to which he actually DID. He gives you such a natural nose, that barely anyone noticed (except for close family) that I have a rhino done! I no longer feel insecure when it comes to my side profile and am no longer wearing glasses on my face just to cover my dorsal hump. Everyone is loving my nose and getting inspired to do theirs as well! This is what I call AMAZING work, when it's undetected!

Dr. Passeretti did my breast augmentation and I love the results. I had a biopsy done on one breast and it caused one breast to shrink. One breast was almost non-existent and the other was a AA. I am now a solid B cup and look great and feel great. He had to use 2 different sized implants but they are well matched now. He described the surgery ahead of time and also discussed what happened during the procedure once it was completed since I was curious about how he determined what size was best. I will use him again! Office is very professional as well. I have since then used him for a laser on my face to rejuvenate the skin and smooth the wrinkles as well as having my droopy upper and puffy lower eyelids touched up. I have had so many complements on how I look and no one knows I had any of my surgeries until I told them. My adult kids still don't know about the laser and eyelids and it's been 6 months. Super job!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in December 2017. Dr. Passaretti operated on me in January along with my oncologist Mandy Greenberg. Dr. Greenberg did a lumpectomy (and got all of the cancer!) then Dr. Passaretti took over. He performed a reduction and a lift. The entire experience has been great. I had very little pain, the recovery went well, and the results are awesome! Dr. Passaretti was kind, understanding and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Passaretti performed my eye surgery about two years ago. Family members (who had had eye surgery from other doctors) commented how great the work was. When my husband and I interviewed Dr. Passaretti prior to a preventative double mastectomy due to my very high risk of breast cancer, we joked that he looked a little “too perfect.” We had just moved back from Los Angeles, and we regarded him as “very LA.” Then we reflected on my age (40), and how these reconstruction results will hopefully have to last me near half a century. “Let’s go with perfectionism!” we said.
We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
First: expertise. My breast surgeon, Dr. Helen Pass, had recommended only two doctors – Dr. Passaretti being one. She had said he performed the best follow-up work, paying extraordinary attention to detail. Accurate, absolutely. Now that I am through the five months of recovery, I feel (and look) merely as though I had opted for a so-called Mommy Makeover. Scars barely visible, symmetrical, you’d never know about the mastectomies.
Second: patient experience. Dr. Passaretti may look “LA,” but he’s remarkably down to earth, very low key, and funny. His nurse, Shannon, was wonderful and so sweet. Even reception (Kelly) and office manager (Gerri) are lovely – warm and personable. Just the sort of people you’d want guiding you through a process like this. Five stars aren’t enough.
